Banana bread 係我最常做而三個仔又好鍾意食嘅茶點,AP太細個唔想佢食咁多糖,所以我會將麵團分成兩份,一份無糖,一份加糖,30分鐘就完成,一家大細都食到健康好味嘅蛋糕。而我喜歡用黑糖,因為佢有一種獨特黑糖嘅香甜味。以下係我嘅Banana Bread食譜同大家分享。🤘🏻🤘🏻

📝材料:
香蕉 2條
黑糖 100g
梳打粉 4g
麵粉 150g
蛋 2隻
牛奶 50g
菜油 40g

🥣做法:先將香蕉壓成蓉再加黑糖拌勻,將其他乾與濕嘅食材梅花間竹混合。焗爐以175度焗30分鐘便可。
